What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, especially enterprise customer and go-to-market sales contracts.
- Advise cross-functional teams on commercial strategy, legal developments, and contract-related risk.
- Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and policies for regional requirements.
