About the job
Build and evolve the systems that track usage, set prices, bill customers, and process payments across self-serve and enterprise products.
What you'll do
- Build accurate, low-latency usage tracking and migrate enterprise pricing and usage processing, including stream-processing services.
- Improve customer upgrades and payments, including support for different entities and payment providers; work with Finance and Tax on compliance, audit, and reporting.
- Plan and roll out system changes safely, debug complex billing issues, and collaborate with Growth, Product, Sales, FDEs, and engineering teams.
