About the job
Build and operate ElevenLabs’ global privacy program, translating privacy requirements into scalable processes and controls across the company.
What you'll do
- Coordinate privacy compliance workflows, assessments, data governance records, and consumer rights requests.
- Partner with Legal, Product, Engineering, Security, and other teams to embed privacy-by-design and manage vendor reviews and incident response.
- Administer privacy tooling and consent mechanisms; develop program metrics, guidance, and training.

- Experience operationalizing privacy requirements under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, US state privacy laws, HIPAA, and biometric privacy requirements.
- Technical ability to understand data flow diagrams, system architectures, and data handling, and translate legal requirements into engineering implementation.
