Own customer deployments and migrations of EliseAI housing products from discovery through launch, resolving data and process issues and improving deployment practices.
What you'll do
- Manage customer deployments and migrations, track progress, and resolve blockers through launch.
- Work with customer teams to understand processes, analyze data, and determine how information should flow into EliseAI products.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to investigate issues and improve products, deployment processes, and documentation.
