Leads accounting-platform implementations for multiple housing clients, from workflow discovery and configuration through migration, launch, adoption, and stabilization, while building repeatable implementation processes.
What you'll do
- Own accounting implementation engagements, including discovery, scoping, configuration, data migration, cutover, and post-launch stabilization.
- Train accounting teams and ensure adoption; resolve blockers and coordinate with Product and Engineering on workflow improvements.
- Develop scalable implementation playbooks, templates, and best practices.

- Accounting or finance background and strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including GL, reconciliations, and close processes.
