Leads enterprise customer deployments of EliseAI’s housing platform from scoping through launch and stabilization, while coordinating teams and improving deployment processes and products.
What you'll do
- Own customer deployments end-to-end, managing timelines, risks, stakeholder alignment, launch readiness, and adoption.
- Translate customer goals into requirements, workflows, success metrics, and rollout plans; coordinate configuration, data migration, and launch with internal teams.
- Share customer learnings with Product and Engineering and build repeatable deployment playbooks and processes.
