What you'll do
- Lead discovery, scoping, stakeholder alignment, project execution, configuration, launch, and post-launch adoption across concurrent customer deployments.
- Coordinate with customer and internal teams, including Product and Engineering, to translate workflows and deployment learnings into product requirements.
- Build repeatable engagement playbooks and processes, and support sales discovery and expansion opportunities.
