Drafts, negotiates, and manages commercial contracts and deal support for EliseAI’s growing SaaS business.
What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS customer agreements, order forms, partner and reseller agreements, vendor and procurement contracts, NDAs, and data processing agreements.
- Manage contract intake, review, approval, and deal desk workflows; coordinate with Sales and Partnerships and help move agreements to signature.
- Improve contracting processes, templates, playbooks, fallback positions, and negotiation guidelines.
