Own and improve EliseAI’s customer-facing and internal knowledge systems, making information accurate, findable, and easy to maintain as the company scales.
What you'll do
- Set strategy and roadmap for external and internal knowledge experiences, including the help center and internal knowledge hub.
- Partner across teams to improve workflows that turn support tickets, product releases, and lifecycle changes into reliable knowledge; define and track quality and adoption standards.
- Use AI tools to design prompts and prototype workflows for creating and maintaining knowledge.
