What you'll do
- Own customer deployment outcomes, including discovery, scoping, project coordination, configuration, data migration, launch, and adoption.
- Coordinate customer stakeholders and internal teams; manage timelines, risks, launch readiness, and change management.
- Translate deployment learnings into product requirements and repeatable processes, and support sales discovery and expansion.
