About the job
Owns technical delivery for enterprise housing customers, from presales discovery through platform configuration, testing, and go-live.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end technical implementation and coordinate delivery with Engagement Managers and Customer Success Managers.
- Map customer workflows, configure the platform, and recommend best practices tailored to customer operations.
- Identify deployment risks, relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering, and build reusable implementation resources.
