What you'll do
- Design, measure, and improve deployment processes, identifying bottlenecks in timeline, cost, and quality.
- Set priorities, timelines, and success metrics; drive changes with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Delivery, and translate deployment patterns into product requirements.
- Manage one or two customer engagements and help build, onboard, and ramp the deployment team.
