Own and scale the deployment function for EliseAI’s future housing platform products, improving processes and translating deployment insights into product requirements.
What you'll do
- Diagnose deployment bottlenecks and build scalable processes, standards, and metrics.
- Drive improvements across Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Delivery; carry one or two customer engagements.
- Model future capacity needs, shape product requirements, and help hire and onboard the deployment team.
