What you'll do
- Lead customer data deployments, troubleshoot ingestion and mapping issues, and prepare teams for campaign execution.
- Scale customer-facing analytics and reporting, including discovery and rollout of new features for payer and provider partners.
- Evolve internal reporting and performance metrics, and coordinate data and QA engineers’ delivery.
