Build and operate Ellipsis Health’s recruiting processes, coordinate interviews, improve candidate experience, and launch recruiting programs as the first Recruiting Coordinator.
What you'll do
- Design recruiting operations and build the talent tech stack, workflows, documentation, and sourcing platform integrations.
- Coordinate interviews end to end, partner with hiring teams on interview plans and feedback, and host onsite candidates.
- Manage candidate communications, job posting updates, recruiting programs, and pipeline reporting.
