Purchases and expedites prototype and low-volume parts and services for product development builds, while managing supplier, cost, and part-status information to support transition into production.
What you'll do
- Place, manage, and expedite purchase orders for NPD materials and services; source suppliers and alternatives.
- Check BOMs and engineering changes for part and revision accuracy, and maintain supplier, status, and pricing data in ERP/PLM.
- Track NPD spending and commitments, coordinate material receipt, and flag risks or cost issues.

- 5+ years of purchasing experience in electronics, aerospace, or other hardware development.
- Experience reading BOMs and buying electronic components, assemblies, or machined parts.
- ERP/PLM skills and strong Excel.
