What you'll do
- Establish AI coding tool practices, onboarding playbooks, Skill design standards, and reference Skills.
- Prototype AI-native engineering workflows and employee-facing AI applications; provide runnable reference code for APAC teams.
- Share engineering practices through talks, blog posts, workshops, and AI architecture reviews.
