Lead Creatify Studio, a human-led, AI-powered video ad service, owning client delivery and building its agency operating model.
What you'll do
- Manage the client experience from pitch and onboarding through strategy, creative direction, delivery, and renewal.
- Set Studio pricing, packaging, SLAs, margins, and delivery workflows; shape the platform with product and engineering.
- Hire and lead creative strategists and producers, and develop repeatable agency playbooks.
