AI Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop agent platform features, including orchestration, workflows, memory, governance, and enterprise integrations.
• Build trustworthy AI systems and enterprise data capabilities, including evaluation, verification, observability, and context for agent reasoning.
• Work with customers and internal teams to deliver production solutions and turn customer-specific workflows into reusable platform capabilities.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building production software.
• Use Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar AI development tools as part of the daily engineering workflow.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals in areas such as backend services, APIs, distributed systems, cloud applications, or developer platforms.
• Experience building and shipping software used by real customers in production environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agents, LLMs, RAG, tool calling, memory systems, or multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience integrating enterprise data sources or working with cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes, observability, or distributed tracing.
