What you'll do

  • Design compiler optimizations and graph transformations to improve performance, reduce latency, and maximize hardware utilization.
  • Convert AI models from deep learning frameworks into intermediate representations, including implementing parsing, semantic analysis, and IR generation.
  • Collaborate with researchers and hardware and software engineers; provide technical leadership and mentorship to compiler engineers.

What they ask for

  • 3+ years in compiler development, focused on AI or ML graph compilers.
  • Proficiency in AI graph compiler frameworks such as MLIR or Torch-FX.
  • Knowledge of hardware architectures and optimization techniques such as fusion, quantization, and tiling.
  • Understanding of intermediate representations, parsing, semantic analysis, neural network operators, and code generation; proficiency in C++, Python, or other compiler-development languages.

Nice to have

  • Ph.D.
  • Open-source contributions to AI software frameworks and libraries.
