Leads the DFT architecture, implementation, and silicon validation strategy for complex SoCs designed for edge-to-cloud computing.
What you'll do
- Define and implement end-to-end DFT architecture, including hierarchical DFT, scan compression, boundary scan, and MBIST.
- Oversee test implementation and develop in-system and power-on self-test strategies for edge reliability.
- Lead ATE bring-up and debug, and collaborate across design, physical design, and yield teams to improve test coverage and manage area, power, and timing impact.
