- Manage GTM searches from kickoff and market mapping through offer and close, partnering with leaders on profiles and search strategies.
- Source and assess candidates, provide hiring managers with clear recommendations, and deliver a strong candidate experience.
- Track funnel data, identify search risks and bottlenecks, and drive decisions to improve hiring velocity.
