About the job
Own and optimize data annotation and machine-learning workflows for Encord’s largest clients, improving data quality and supporting account retention and growth.
What you'll do
- Manage annotation projects end-to-end, translating AI/ML requirements into workflows and instructions.
- Design and improve annotation processes, audit results, and create feedback loops for data quality.
- Advise clients on human-annotation workflows and partner with product and engineering on tools and methodology.
