Own Endex’s commercial, privacy, AI regulatory, intellectual property, and corporate legal work while building scalable legal processes and supporting business teams.
What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise contracts and partner with sales teams to resolve legal and procurement issues.
- Lead privacy, data protection, AI regulation, security reviews, and intellectual property matters.
- Advise on corporate, employment, equity, vendor, governance, and financing matters; build legal templates and processes.
