About the job
Build and lead Engine’s risk function for its corporate card and spend management product, defining risk limits, governing operations, and embedding risk controls into product decisions.
What you'll do
- Define risk tolerance, delinquency and fraud targets, escalation thresholds, governance, and Risk Committee processes.
- Lead credit and fraud operations, and partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Compliance on risk controls and regulatory obligations.
- Build risk reporting and communicate operational risk and financial impacts to executives and the board.
