Leads implementation strategy and a team of Implementation Managers to onboard major new customers, drive product adoption, and improve scalable rollout processes.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute implementations for major customer opportunities, driving adoption across Engine’s product suite.
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering to coordinate handoffs and resolve implementation blockers.
- Lead and coach Implementation Managers, oversee deployment workloads and milestones, and lead key customer meetings and training.
