Owns the People partnership and day-to-day people operations for a defined client group, coaching managers and running people cycles and employee relations.
What you'll do
- Coach managers up to Sr Manager on team health, performance, development, and people decisions; align People work with business goals.
- Run performance, calibration, and compensation cycles; handle employee relations and escalate complex matters.
- Manage workforce planning, headcount, hiring support, onboarding and offboarding, transitions, and termination preparation.
