Leads TMC implementations on Engine OBT+, from signed agreement through configuration, training, go-live, and stabilization, while developing the implementation playbook and processes.
What you'll do
- Manage multiple TMC launches end to end, including discovery, planning, risk management, UAT, go-live, and stabilization.
- Configure TMC and corporate client accounts, coordinate GDS setup and integrations, and train agents, admins, and travel managers.
- Build reusable implementation materials and processes; document customer requirements and support Sales with technical discovery and scoping.

- 7+ years in implementation, onboarding, or customer success, including experience at a TMC or travel technology company and at least one role building the process.
- Hands-on GDS experience with at least one of Sabre, Travelport, or Amadeus.

$185,000 — $210,000 USD total OTE (base salary + variable)
