Leads Engine’s financial strategy and Finance organization, advising executive leadership and guiding planning, capital allocation, transactions, reporting, and scalable financial operations.
What you'll do
- Advise the CEO and executive team on strategy, investment priorities, resource allocation, profitability, pricing, and monetization.
- Lead fundraising, debt and liquidity strategy, M&A, investor and Board communications, and preparation for future capital events.
- Own financial planning, forecasting, reporting, business metrics, and the development of a scalable Finance team, systems, processes, and controls.
