About the job
Own customer data operations and onboarding, improve data processes, and analyze data to support Enigma’s customers, go-to-market work, and product decisions.
What you'll do
- Manage data and onboarding operations across the customer lifecycle, and support go-to-market activities.
- Lead data analysis projects, conduct data quality checks, and report quality metrics and improvements.
- Maintain process documentation and data dictionaries; collaborate with Customer Success and Product on roadmap and tooling needs.
