What you'll do
- Plan and execute customer remediations, including root-cause investigation, system fixes, redress, and data analysis.
- Own issue management through permanent fixes; identify, assess, resolve, or escalate production and compliance exceptions.
- Develop compliance monitoring processes, analyze customer complaint trends, and support audits and process improvements.
