About the job
Supports Enova’s Compliance Risk & Assurance function by developing risk frameworks, assessing and testing compliance risks, validating corrective actions, and using AI tools in compliance work.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain risk frameworks and support compliance risk assessments and reporting.
- Design, execute, and validate large-scale compliance tests and corrective actions.
- Use AI tools for compliance tasks and review outputs for accuracy and completeness.

- Hands-on experience in at least two of: risk framework design, compliance or control testing, corrective action validation, and enterprise or compliance risk assessments.
