Leads Enova’s Small Business collections team across early-, mid-, and late-stage collections, overseeing operations, performance, strategy execution, and team development.
What you'll do
- Manage collections operations, including supervisors, leads, and representatives; set goals and execute team priorities.
- Improve processes and productivity through performance analysis, coaching, and collaboration with business partners.
- Develop and validate collections strategies while balancing recoveries with merchant relationships.
