Leads internal and corporate communications programs and channels, supports executives, and partners with teams across Enova on enterprise initiatives.
What you'll do
- Lead communications for enterprise and functional initiatives, including all-hands meetings, employee recognition, and volunteer programming.
- Develop executive messaging and polished communications materials for varied audiences.
- Partner with stakeholders to plan and execute communications strategies while independently managing projects and anticipating risks.
