About the job
Owns the strategy and lifecycle of Enova’s internal developer platform, improving engineers’ productivity and guiding safe, effective adoption of AI tools and workflows.
What you'll do
- Set the platform roadmap and lead capabilities from discovery through delivery, adoption, and iteration.
- Evaluate, pilot, and roll out AI-powered developer tools and workflows; support safe and effective adoption.
- Partner with engineering and other stakeholders, and track developer experience metrics to guide improvements.
