Provides small-business customers experiencing hardship with payment options and manages overdue accounts through calls, email, and follow-up.
What you'll do
- Contact customers about overdue payments and respond to questions by email.
- Find solutions to bring past-due accounts current and move customers through delinquency stages.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records and follow collection laws and legal practices.
