Supports the development and implementation of compliance programs and advises lending business units on regulatory requirements, risks, audits, and policy changes.
What you'll do
- Researches compliance questions and supports business units in applying federal and state lending regulations.
- Assists with compliance diligence, testing, risk assessments, complaints, audits, and root cause analysis.
- Helps identify compliance program gaps and implement updates to controls, policies, processes, and procedures.
