About the job
Build and lead customer deployments of Ent’s security platform, translating real-world needs into repeatable programs and product improvements.
What you'll do
- Define deployment processes, metrics, documentation, training, and playbooks for the FDE function.
- Lead hands-on deployments with strategic customers, validating value and turning workflows into scalable patterns.
- Share customer and security research feedback with product and engineering teams to improve detection, prevention, and usability.
