Advises Eon’s U.S. commercial teams and leads legal support for commercial transactions, partnerships, and business growth.
What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise customer, partner, reseller, vendor, and SaaS agreements.
- Advise business stakeholders on legal and commercial risks and support strategic enterprise deals and go-to-market initiatives.
- Develop contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and scalable legal processes; collaborate with Finance, Security, Product, and Compliance.
