Own full-cycle recruiting for Eon’s technical and customer-facing teams, from sourcing through closing.
What you'll do
- Recruit for technical and customer-facing roles, including Field Engineers, Solutions Architects, Technical Support, and Technical Customer Success.
- Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, build sourcing strategies, and maintain a structured hiring process.
- Manage candidate relationships and experience, maintain pipeline data in Greenhouse, and use recruiting data to improve hiring outcomes.
