About the job
Build software, AI, data, and automation systems that generate demand, create pipeline, and expand Eon’s distribution.
What you'll do
- Build AI agents, workflows, data integrations, and tools for account research, intent detection, personalized outreach, experiments, and measurement.
- Develop paid acquisition infrastructure and own technical work on eon.io, including personalization, experimentation, and CRO.
- Create technical resources and distribution channels, prototype growth ideas, and measure results.
What they ask for

- Experience with Python and/or TypeScript, APIs, webhooks, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent.
