Retail Trade Account Executive (full-time)

What you'll do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of trade accounts while prospecting and activating new accounts.
• Meet trade partners through local visits, events, networking, and other outreach; maintain follow-up and an organized sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with showroom colleagues and share trade feedback to improve the customer experience.

What they ask for

• 1–2+ years of relevant experience in interior design, home furnishings, architecture and design sales, trade sales, account management, or a related design-focused industry.
• Ability to build professional relationships and trust, prospect for business, and communicate and present confidently.
• Strong organization, time management, follow-through, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel locally and work a flexible retail schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, or events.

Nice to have

• Existing local design, architecture, or home furnishings relationships; experience in a high-end or design-focused showroom.
• Experience managing trade accounts or working with custom home furnishings, design tools, spatial planning, or custom measurement processes.

Pay

$30/hour base pay; approximately $90,000 maximum annual total compensation (including quarterly bonus)
