Advises showroom customers on rug selection, design, and spatial planning while driving sales and resolving order-related questions across multiple channels.
What you'll do
- Drive sales through customer follow-up and provide personalized design and product advice.
- Assist customers with inquiries and order matters, including tracking and delivery logistics.
- Maintain an organized showroom and help improve processes through customer feedback.
