Advises showroom customers on rug design and selection, drives sales, and supports customers with order and delivery needs across multiple channels.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on rug selection, materials, floor plans, and custom measurements while providing design and product expertise.
- Drive sales through customer outreach and follow-up, and assist with order inquiries and delivery matters.
- Maintain an organized showroom and deliver personalized customer experiences across in-person and digital channels.
