Advise showroom customers on rug design and selection, drive sales, and resolve order and delivery questions across multiple channels.
What you'll do
- Recommend rug materials, measurements, and layouts; provide design and product expertise.
- Drive sales through customer follow-up and deliver personalized service across in-person, chat, text, email, video, and phone channels.
- Maintain the showroom and resolve order-related inquiries, including tracking and delivery logistics.
