Advise showroom customers on rug selection, design, and spatial planning while driving sales and resolving order-related questions across multiple channels.
What you'll do
- Recommend rugs, materials, layouts, and custom measurements; help customers visualize their spaces.
- Drive sales through follow-up and outreach, and assist with order, delivery, and product inquiries.
- Maintain an organized showroom and provide personalized service across in-person and digital channels.
