Advise showroom customers on rug selection, design, and spatial planning while driving sales and resolving order-related questions across multiple channels.
What you'll do
- Drive sales through customer follow-up and outreach, and provide personalized design and product advice.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order, tracking, and delivery matters.
- Maintain an organized showroom and help improve internal processes through customer feedback.
