Advises showroom customers on rug selection and spatial planning while driving sales and resolving order-related inquiries across multiple channels.
What you'll do
- Recommend rug materials, layouts, and custom measurements; help customers visualize spaces.
- Drive sales through follow-up and outreach, and assist with order, delivery, and product inquiries.
- Maintain an organized showroom and provide personalized customer service across in-person and remote channels.
