About the job
Provides personalized rug sales and design guidance to consumer and Trade customers in the Summit showroom and through multiple communication channels.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on rug selection, sizing, floor plans, materials, and custom measurements; provide design and product expertise.
- Drive sales through proactive outreach and deliver high-touch customer service across in-person, chat, text, email, video, and phone interactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, on-brand showroom and use technology to help customers bring projects to life.
