Advise showroom customers on custom rug selection and spatial planning, drive sales, and provide personalized support with orders and delivery.
What you'll do
- Educate customers on rug and material selection, floor plans, and custom measurements; provide design and product expertise.
- Drive sales through follow-up and outreach, and support customers across in-person and digital channels with order-related inquiries.
- Maintain an organized, on-brand showroom and contribute customer feedback to improve processes.
